Today I took some photos of Becky and Warren as a little “engagement” session for their wedding early February. It was SUCH a joy to work with these encouraging and caring people who genuinely cherish each other. It was so evident. These are the days that I find myself thinking … oh how I LOVE my job. :) Warren is an artist too! He’s an illustrator for WONDERFUL positive books. See his talent at www.warrenhanson.com. As always, I can’t keep my hands off of photos once I see them, but these were especially fun-in part because the light was gorgeouuuuuus, and also because this is my first post-Christmas-rush

It was a beautiful day in Austin, for this family mini-session. This sweet baby was all eyes and super sweet, and dressed up for the occasion- with some of my favorite pictures to show for it. Thanks guys for this lovely afternoon and for welcoming me to your home. I hope you like these few! Can’t wait to show you the rest!
Tonight was Cindy and Barry’s rehearsal dinner, and I went to capture a few family shots while they were all “gussied” for the occasion. Here’s my favorites! Excited for tomorrow!
Here’s a sneak peek from the Loftin Family! Thanks for bearing the freeezing cold and thank you, dear Jesus for keeping the rain away… if only for an hour or two.
Only six days ago this sweet baby girl was welcomed into the world. Aside from hospital shots, this was the first newborn session I’ve had and I absolutely loved it. I’m way behind on blogging from the holiday rush, but I couldn’t help but put a sneak peek up of this little sugar plum. So. Freaking. Adorable. … adorable.
Phew! What a week!! I’m not sure if it serves as a sneak peek when it’s a week after the shoot, but fun to look at none-the-less. This is only the second senior portrait session I’ve had, but what fun it was! I hope for more sassy young ladies who get this chance to take photos “just for fun.” Nina- I hope you love them… more to come.

What a NICE family!!! I love when I meet kiddos that are so nice, friendly, well behaved etc. and parents who are just the same. Here’s some favorites from my session with the Nicholsons… mini petticoat, labradoodle and all.
Here’s the first few I had a chance to look at from my session with the Coles. It was SO MUCH FUN!!! These kiddos are like my own- making it extra fun. I hope you guys love them! I can’t wait for you to see the rest.
